Just had call from them, blatant fraud attempt so I would ignore - HMRC would not deal with any tax matters by phone call, you would get a letter!!!!

Never heard that the HMRC call was a scam before. So, when it called yesterday (a recorded female voice saying HMRC filed a law suit against you), it really puzzled me and took my mind of the things that I should be concentrating of doing until hubby came home late evening. Now I can see there are already many complains to this number, why the Ofcom still have not blocked it?
