Think this is SSE calling back to get feedback on the operator who helped me out the other day with my new fixed term deal. Was very good service indeed btw. I missed the call as it did not get through my call guardian. Bit over the top to have a rant like that above ^^^.

When I answered it said it was from the “Post Office” then told me to press 1 if I had investments. I hung up. The real one would not phone me.

0800 8 772 772 called yesterdayFirst time they have called - I had an account with them and have phoned. Very courteous person took call and has sorted out. It is definitely PRA and now hope they wont call again
