Called to ask for Tim (not my name) and said he had requested a sim card. I said I was not Tim. They then said ' Oh you are (my real name)' and said they would sort it out before ringing off. A bit worrying if it is a scam that they do know my name.

They are SCAMMER, they want you to download Teamviewer app on whichever device you are usşng and they will say to you yıu are at risk and they will make you to login your online shopping accounts. They will want you to delete your credit card number and so that they can get it while you are trying to delete it from most secrued sites. NEVER BELEIVE THEM, ask them silly questions if you haven’t scammad yet. Take theşr time with silly questions.
